This variant of the nectarines’ compote with no added sugar combines all the sweetness of the pulp with the tangy, lemony flavor of Ginger.
Thus a product with unique qualities was born, whose success is based on the simplicity of its ingredients:

A mix of taste and freshness that goes well with the hot summer temperatures, becoming the ideal refreshment for anyone who wants to indulge in a gentle moment in the shade of the trees or caressed by the sea breeze.

The simple addition of fruit pectins (apple, in this case) and the absence of sugar additives maintain the integrity of the firm, juicy character of our fruit. A perfect metaphor for the land from which they originate: a generous Romagna full of surprises, all to be discovered. Or in this case: to be enjoyed.

In our compote you will savor the taste of freshly picked fruit. Our compotes and jams are vacuum pasteurized at 60° C:a low-temperature technique that allows the original flavor of our nectarines to remain intact. Just like grandma used to make them!

We don’t want to offer you just “numbers”, but the beneficial properties of peach and ginger: the former is great source of beta-carotene, useful for skin and vision protection, while the latter is an effective natural antioxidant.

📅 CONSERVATION

We guarantee a shelf life of 36 months – in a cool, dry place – from the date the compote was made, plus one more thing: You’ll finish the jar much sooner!

After opening, our advice is to store in the refrigerator for up to a week. It is still a product made from seasonal nectarines without the use of preservatives.
